Timeshare Weeks for sale - Costa Del Sol, Spain

The resort is owned and run by Barratt Timeshare Resorts and Macdonald Hotels, called la Ernita, it is in a magnificent location in Mijas Puerto with astonishing views overlooking Fuengirola Bay and the Mediterranean Sea. The apartments sleep two people and are furnished to a high standard.

The resort facilities include 2 outside pools, an indoor pool and gym and a bar and restaurant. There is covered car parking and the resort is literately 2 minutes walk from the centre of Mijas Peblo, which itself is 10 minutes drive from Malaga International Airport.

The weeks available are week 21 which is approximately the last week of May and week 32 which is in Mid August. Maintenance charges are approximately £200 per week. The prices required for the outright sale of the weeks are:
