It retains much of the original character, including beams, and is extremely well equipped and furnished to provide comfortable accommodation of a very high standard.

There is a small garden and walks for all abilities literally begin at the doorstep. The village, which has its own inn, is totally surrounded by magnificent unspoilt countryside and is an ideal location for touring the whole of the dales. There are good pubs serving food in the neighbouring villages and the market towns of Leyburn and Hawes offer shops, pubs, restaurants and tea-shops.

Entrance hall, shower room with large shower cubicle, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. Sitting room with corner stone fireplace with electric fire/natural fire, coal supplied, dining room with floor length windows, well equipped fitted kitchen.

First floor

4 bedrooms - 1 double with en-suite bathroom with 3 piece suite and shower taps, 1 further double with opening window doors and 2 twin. Bathroom with 3 peice suite and shower taps.

The cottage also has the use of a garden furniture and barbecue. Access is also availbable to the adjacent small wood.
